We provide prearranged private transportation for airport transfers, corporate travelers, concerts, sporting events, weddings, special occasions, and private transportation throughout the Denver metro area and Colorado Front Range.

We are looking for safe, dependable, professional drivers who take pride in their vehicle and enjoy providing excellent customer service.

There is no guaranteed number of trips. Ride opportunities depend on client demand, location, vehicle type, availability, and other transportation needs.

Driver Compensation

We believe our drivers should receive the majority of the transportation revenue for the services they provide.

Drivers Receive: 85% of the Base Rate

Plus 100% of:

Gratuities
Tolls
Wait-time charges
Extra-stop charges
Car-seat charges
After-hours fees

Joe’s Car Service retains 15% of the Base Rate and applicable administrative fees.

Twice-Weekly Payouts

Driver payments are processed through ADP WorkMarket twice each week:

Mondays and Thursdays

If a scheduled payout day falls on a bank holiday, payments are processed on the next business day.

Actual deposit timing may depend on ADP WorkMarket, your payment method, and your financial institution.

We are interested in qualified independent contractor drivers throughout Colorado, especially the Denver metro area and Front Range.

Areas include:

Castle Rock • Parker • Highlands Ranch • Lone Tree • Centennial • Littleton • Denver • Aurora • Lakewood • Golden • Colorado Springs and surrounding communities

Drivers may receive trips outside their immediate area depending on availability and client demand.

Previous chauffeur, black-car, limousine, rideshare, hospitality, airport transportation, or professional driving experience is helpful, but not required for every applicant.

Driver Requirements

Before receiving Joe’s Car Service transportation opportunities, approved drivers must meet applicable qualification requirements.

These may include:

Valid driver’s license
Acceptable driving record
Required background screening
Current vehicle registration
Required commercial/livery insurance
Required vehicle inspections
Applicable Colorado PUC requirements
Required permits or credentials
Current vehicle and driver documentation
Completed Joe’s Car Service onboarding documents

Additional requirements may apply depending on the type of transportation being provided.

Vehicle Requirements

Joe’s Car Service provides professional private transportation, so vehicle appearance, condition, comfort, and safety are extremely important.

Vehicles must:

Be mechanically sound
Be properly registered and insured
Meet applicable Colorado PUC requirements
Pass required inspections
Have properly functioning safety equipment
Have functioning heat and air conditioning
Be clean inside and outside
Be free of significant body damage
Be free of excessive interior wear
Be free of smoke, marijuana, pet, or other strong odors
Have adequate passenger and luggage capacity
Present a professional appearance appropriate for private transportation

What Vehicles Do We Accept?

Joe’s Car Service works with a variety of luxury and professional transportation vehicles, including qualifying:

Luxury sedans
Luxury SUVs
Full-size SUVs
Extended SUVs
Executive passenger vans
Certain premium vehicles approved individually

Examples may include vehicles from Cadillac, Lincoln, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Volvo, Tesla, GMC, Chevrolet, Ford, Land Rover/Range Rover, and other qualifying manufacturers.

Planning to purchase or upgrade a vehicle?

Please contact Joe’s Car Service before purchasing a vehicle specifically for use with our company. Colorado PUC eligibility does not automatically guarantee approval by Joe’s Car Service.

Independent Contractor Opportunity

Drivers providing transportation through Joe’s Car Service operate as independent contractors, not employees of Joe’s Car Service.

Independent contractors are responsible for their own business expenses, including applicable:

Fuel
Vehicle payments
Vehicle maintenance
Repairs
Insurance
Taxes
Registration
Licensing
Required inspections
Mobile phone expenses
Other costs associated with operating their vehicle and transportation business

Drivers may provide transportation services for other companies or operate their own independent transportation business, subject to the terms of their Independent Contractor Driver Agreement.

Joe’s Car Service does not guarantee any particular number of trips, hours, assignments, or amount of earnings.

Colorado PUC Requirements

Depending on the transportation services you plan to provide, you and/or your transportation business may need to meet Colorado Public Utilities Commission requirements for Luxury Limousine service.

Joe’s Car Service has developed onboarding resources to help prospective drivers understand the process.

This may include requirements involving:

Colorado PUC authority
Commercial/livery insurance
Vehicle inspection
Vehicle registration and credentials
Driver qualification
Motor vehicle record review
Background/fingerprint requirements
Medical qualification
Required vehicle markings

Do not begin providing compensated passenger transportation until all required licenses, permits, insurance, vehicle credentials, and driver qualifications are active.

Joe’s Car Service will help approved applicants understand what documentation is required before receiving transportation opportunities.

What Happens After You Apply?

Our onboarding process is designed to make sure drivers, vehicles, and documentation meet the standards required to safely transport Joe’s Car Service clients.

Tell us about yourself, your driving experience, vehicle, location, and availability.

Our team will review your information and determine whether your vehicle and availability may be a good fit.

Selected applicants may be asked to provide additional documentation and complete required driver, vehicle, background, and driving-record qualification.

Approved applicants will complete the Joe’s Car Service Independent Contractor Driver Agreement and any remaining onboarding requirements.

Once all required documentation and qualifications are complete, Joe’s Car Service will notify you when you are approved to begin receiving transportation opportunities.
