If you are submitting a ride request within 24 hours of your desired pick-up time, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Please email us at support@joescarservice.com after you complete your booking for any questions/concerns.

For Airport pickups please choose the closet timeslot to your arrival time and we will plan accordingly.

There will be a 100% cancellation fee if you cancel your ride request within 48 hours. This is not applicable if the airline has modified or canceled your flight.
